Hi Linkadge.

I used it in combination with Effexor. Zilcho. I might have had a transient insignificant improvement, but the feelings of fatigue and weakness predominated. You would probably have better luck with desipramine or nortriptyline. Lots of studies use Prozac in combination with desipramine as an example of polypharmacy.
