Two routes I know of and those are
a) Glutamate (NMDA) antagonists,
Zinc, Magnesium, Lithium, Vitamin C,
DXM (dextromethorphan)b) Catecholamine precursors/memebrane enhancers
L-tryosine, L-phenlylalanine, Omega-3 (plumps
up dopamine/serotonin receptors)
You can take the NMDA antagonists in the evening after the drug wears off, and L-tyrosine in the morning with the stimulant.Note, go slow in combining the stimulant with the L-tyrosine as it may cause excessive stimulant effects.
