Taking 20mg of Prozac for just 2 days will help dramatically, it does for me.
I keep several doses of Prozac handy and use it for discontinuing meds with short half lives, Effexor, Paxil, etc. It makes a huge difference because it carries you through the transition due to its long half life.
If you don't have any, call your doc and have him call you in a couple of generic Prozac, it should only cost you a few dollars.
