Hey there,
Sounds like the panic is situationally induced...from feeling overloaded. For future reference, see if your PDOC will conisdere prescribing a fast acting benzo (like xanax) for panic attacks. Especially if they are disrupting your work life. For now, if you can talk a brisk walk around your office (or building) and try to do deep breathting (Like the other poster said) that may help.Good luck! (i have those same fears about being homeless, etc. so you are not alone!)
