Well, you don't seem to necessarily be suffering real withdrawal symptoms; it sounds more like you are experiencing the absence of the antidepressant effects of the nortriptyline. Withdrawal symptoms from antidepressants are typically more physical in nature and can cause psychological distress in themselves.
