i need advice on what to do in this situation

Yesterday in the car, i thought i was on verge of insanity, al of a sudden disorganized thoughts, and especially a feeling of unreality, like i was stuck inside my head.

I do have *some* dissociative symptoms, but no memory lapses. I felt this all the way home for about 2 hours then finally it let up, thank god i was back to full reality.

But Would Zyprexa have any benefits in this situation?

Tell me any other meds that you think would be
helpful
