Tegretol question

Hi Y'all
ive been on REmeron with Trazadone and Tegretol for about 8 months now. Just recently i've been feeling very spaced. I cannot seem to focus my eyes on anything or read without placing a ruler under what I am reading. Also, i have been in three fender benders in a week, but previously had never had an accident. any suggestions as to what is causing this?
