I've tried every antidepressant except Cymbalta, only because it's so new.

The only thing I've found to help my obsessive thoughts (not OCD) is Klonopin. I take it along with Lexapro, because I also have depression and hope that the Lexapro does something for it.

Talk to your doc. Anafranil, I hear, is good for OCD, if you're willing to put up with side effects. Unfortunately, OCD is pretty hard to disrupt, and you just need to keep trying with different meds, maybe even antipsychotics too, and hopefully find some relief from Klonopin while you're trying things out.

I went to my therapist over it, and her advice was to "change my position or environment" when I have obsessive thoughts. Statements like that make my want to cry, because I feel like no one can ever help me. Thank god for Klonopin.
