Be patient with yourself. You need time to heal, and putting pressure on yourself will only make you feel worse. With respect to your tuition, I think Sebastian has a point. If you have medical proof that you were unable to complete the semester, you may be able to get your money back, or at least some of it. It may be worth pursuing with the school's administration. If I am remembering correctly, I think you had mentioned in previous threads that you were dealing with a counsellor at the school. That person, along with a medical certificate, would help demonstrate that there were medical reasons. There must a policy at the school for situations like this.
Anyways, try hang in there. There is light at the end of every tunnel. We sometimes just can't see it right away because of the pain we are experiencing.
