Have you tried an MAO inhibitor. It boosts levels of NE and DA as well as serotonin. The risks are really over-hyped, and they are not as dangerous as they sound. The success rates for SSRI's/SNRI's are 15-45% success for treating social anxiety/panic. For MAO inhibitors the success rate is 65-85+%. Ditch that Lexapro in my opinion. I took it for 2 years with absoluely no benefit for my social anxiety/generalized anxiety.
