I've taken both. Zoloft up to 300mgs and Lexapro up to 60mgs. I prefer Zoloft. It feels smoother in my opinion and lasts longer in my body anyway. Lexapro, about 2-3 hours post dosing, would feel like the come up of an LSD trip to me. I felt spaced out and my pupils were massively dilated. That effect occurred on all dosages I've taken including 10mgs. Zoloft is better IMHO if you have social anxiety or any anxiety related problem. If depression is your problem, then lexapro might be worth a shot since it hits so hard when it kicks in. I'm currently taking 6.25mgs zoloft and 45mgs remeron by the way. I'll soon be starting an MAOI for my persistant social/generalized anxiety.

Good Luck to you,
Justin
