Shortly after all that I decided to reduce meds. It suddenly got real easy to stay healthy. Toned up got in excelent shape, 10 % or less body fat, and good muscle tone. Later though the year I went back on meds slowly, and without the ease been getting lazy. I put on 10 lbs.
