I may be starting Dexedrine soon. but my situation is so urgent (difficulty planning, I function well enough at work when I am there, but can't get myself to prepare adequately, and then wind up staying up all night trying to make up lost ground, which interfaces disastrously with my sleep disorder) that I cannot rely on medications alone. I spoke to an ADD coach and sent her an email, and I hope that she can help me use my time better so I am not stuck in situations where my job is threatened. It is a lot of money but I have to take any actions necessary to try to keep myself going.
