I also have had auditory hallucinations and delusional thinking. I am currently taking abilify, which has made all of my hallucinations and delusional thinking pretty much stop, and even seem ridiculous to me now. I have been diagnosed schizophrenic, and know that hallucinations are a part of that, but have not read or heard much regarding smelling things that are clearly not there. In the dead of winter I have smelled distinct floral smells outside, such as hyacinth and lilac. I live somewhere where it is sub zero most of the winter, so I know these smells are not real. I also smelled a wasp that flew by me and it smelled like pepper.
