Yes, I have, and so do many people who have migraines. Often my migraines are preceeded by strong odours that seem not to actually be there.
It is also a sign of some other brain disorders.
I also believe that I have an extraodianry sense of smell - I often smell things before others do, and I smell things that others can't.
