Defenitly could be the bupropion. Which is comon for sizures, muscle tension, anxiety, panic. It is most common that the adverse reactions will happen at the start of or end of use. Especialy if you are using alcohol, or where using alcohol. Most of this stuff is in the prescribing info for wellbutrin SR. you can get it off the internet.
