I take buprion 300mg per day, and have not had a problem with it at all. I went off it for a couple of months, took Lexapro, then went back to buprion and still no side effects. The Lexapro made me and my daughter gain weight. Her more than me. I read that it's because she is a youth. Good luck, you may be just fine with Lexapro. I know it's wonderful for anxiety and depression. This is a web site where I found the information concerning SSRI's and metabolism.
