i used it, since my insurance doesn't pay for Inderal-LA, the all-day version of Inderal. It's the same thing as long-acting Inderal.
I took 40mg once daily. I eventually found Klonopin alone helpful enough... I keep some now handy for public speaking purposes, and thinking of taking some over the next few days since my doc is having me wait things out before I go back on Klonopin. I hate this.
