Hi, I quit Lexapro 4 days ago bacause of that. Some find taking Buspar along with lexapro helps, other find Remeron to be helpful. Yet others combat that with adding some Selegilin or Wellbutrin. For me none helped except stopping taking it.
She might need consider taking another Anti Depressant other than a SSRI like lexapro. Wellbutrin is an anti depressant that is also pro sexual. Buspar is indicated for GAD but at some higher doses (40-60 mg a day) can help depression. Buspar acts on serotonin, the same chemical that Lexapro affects.
Remeron is an anti depressant which acts on serotonin and noradrenaline without sexual side effects.
I think SSRIs orgasm delay can be good for guys but terrible for girls. Consider switching :)
