Be really careful with the vicoden. Had a ligament tear, took it for pain...the entire weekend I was a disaster! I was spiraling into depression. I called my pdoc on Monday, she yelled at me about the vicoden, told me that opiates will cause that.
Did you ask your doc for a muscle relaxer? That will certainly help you sleep!
