Well, I havent been happy in a long time, even though there is no "see-able" reason. I have anxiety all the time. I have social phobia. Which makes me not like myself. I feel worthless most of the time. I remember about a year ago, being very happy because I was dating my now husband. But I havent been happy like that since and I do love my hubby-so its not that. I dont know what my problem is..In switching from paxil to prozac I almost severed my ties completely from my mom. I was filled with rage for some reason. And there are days I just want to crawl into a hole somewhere and not have to face life. My pdoc is no help. She just tries meds, but we dont talk.
Anyway, that about sums it up.....
