Hi Paul,
I can understand your confusion. But let me explain...when ever I take 5mg Zyprexa nocte as a single dose within a few days a depression sets in....it must just overload some system upstairs.

BUT, when I go 2.5 b.i.d there is no such depression. I tried this once but only gave it a 2 week trial (not enough)....

RIGHT at this moment, I am very seriously considering going 2.5 b.i.d. for at least a 4-6 week trial.

I mean, If a higher (but split) dose of Zyprexa clears up my OCD (and 2.5mg has been really great for it) I think it's better than to add another neuroleptic....

Tell me what you think...

Remeber it usually takes 2.5mg Zyprexa 4 weeks to truly dent my OCD...but like I stated before I have only given 2.5 bid a 2 week trial...i really think i might abort Amisulpride in favour of an extended trial (2-6 weeks) of 2.5 bid....

Does this make sense to you?

Thanks man, and take care,

Ace.
