I hear you on the amusement ride part...the dizziness is definitely the worst part of it. It actually feels to me is that I haven't quite woken from a dream.....well kinda like I'm part way in a dream/nightmare and part way out...with spinning and dizziness. I understand about the migrains too...cause I had to go off of "Topamax" as well....which was used as a preventative for my "4-5 times a week", Migrains. It's actually designed for "Epilispy" but apparently Doctors also give it to certain patients as a preventative for Migrains...something about blocking some kind of nerves or something in the brain...anyhow it worked for me. The only side effect was severe weight loss....which I didn't mind so much. My last pregnancy I didn't get sick at all nor have any of my, "Almost Daily Migrains". So I'm kinda taking that chance again with this pregnancy. On a smaller note...I truly hope that this Effexor withdrawal Symptoms go away soon for not only both of us, but for everyone who is going through this unfortunate experience. I feel like I'm in "Cookoo Land" 24/7. It is plain Miserable.
