I have been off Effexor for 5 days now. I weaned slowly from 150mg over a period of 4 weeks. I know exactly what you mean about the dizziness. It is horrible. I feel like I just got off of one of those spinning rides in the amuzement park. Sometimes I move my head and it feels like my brain hasn't caught up with the movement of my eyes. The weaning process was the worse when I got down to 37.5mg and below. The best way I can describe it is you feel like you are horribly hung over and have the flu with morning sickness all at the same time. Oh and you also have a migraine going on too. I hope the dizziness subsides soon because it is beyond annoying.
