Milnacipran is widely available in Europe so if your looking to purchase online I would suggest searching the European online pharmacies, ..Here is a great UK based company and I would suggest trying here...

NB Details that its a NSRI, with a ratio of NE to SE of 3:1, primarily Noradrenic compared to Effexor at dosages of 225mg or below,
