SSRIs Initial tiredness, fogginess.

Sorry for my English. I am new to this group. I want to ask the other group members how long a SSRI related side effects last? I know there are side effects that won't go away with time like sexual dysfunction, but now after a week on Zoloft 50mg I still feel tired and sleepy and nauseated. If these two things are not going away with time, I will have to quit this. Will they go away with time? Can anyone help?
