Hi there, i havent been in the forum for a week or so, but since upping my dose to 225 effexor and occaisional klonopin, ive felt loads better anxiety/depression wise. The las week or so ive been waking up 4 or 5 times a night, then usually going back to sleep 10mins later, but waking early feeling so tired.
Now ive woken 3 or 4 times tonight, my head is heavy, eyes stinging.
I dont understand because it didnt do this early on. Would it help if i took klonopin at night as ive taken none today, and how much?Appreciate some advice. thankyou
