Hi SadWren

I have been taking Efexor XR for about a month. I started at 75mg and just yesterday upped to 150mg. Even though I have a bunch of niggling side effects, I am lucky that it has stabilised by depression very well. I expect to only see the full benefit in 6 to 8 weeks time. Please hang in there a bit longer. 20 days is still early and you will probably begin to feel some benefits once your full dosage has been reached. Chat to your pdoc though about not sleeping, perhaps they can help.
