hello Waki:

Thanks so much for the post. You make real sense, I think, when you focus on one sympton and then go from there. The only problem is that certain symptons show up on certain day's and have more stress on my life than the other's. So, which one to concentrate on...Hmmm...

I guess my lack of patience would be the first thing. I have a terrible time in traffic or even having to wait in line for a sandwich. I get fidgety and actually mad when there is no progress. I develop a short fuse and get mad very easily in these situations. This is something I do need to address. This, I believe, dovetails into my inability to concentrate at times. I find it difficult to read entire articles because I don't seem to have the patience to finish. However at other times I can read magazine articles for hours (mostly at night when all is quiet).

Anxiety in Social Situations is there also. I would rather avoid getting a sandwich because I know that I may get impatient and then mad. Ity is better to just not go there.

Thanks for help with the game plan. After reading many posts, I have come to the conclusion that I may need multiple drugs to combat my multiple symptoms. Now, then, if the side effects are worst than the root cause, well then that's a whole other discussion.

Good Luck and keep posting on your progress.

TTime
