Everything people mention, that I then look up, seems to tell me: "It may have horrible side effects, and once you get on it, you can NOT get off it right away. You have to ease off of it for months, and be miserable, taking permanent mental and physical damage all the way down."
Rather scary.
I have tried dozens of supplements and vitamins at times, switched to distill water, and changed my diet even. I think that has helped somewhat, but I still can't go a day without anxiety.
Anyone try oxygen therapy or anything like that? I know I need a prescription for it officially for medical reasons, but I can buy pure oxygen for industrial use or scuba diving I think without a prescription, and just use it since its the same thing. It seems to relax people.
