Treating both is hard, fiber is about the only thing that covers both. :) The SSRI's(except Paxil) & Effexor tend to be neutral or cause diarrhoea, the older TCA's are constipating.
I naturally tend towards diarrhoea with anxiety exasperating it & causing pain. Effexor didn't change it much, I added Remeron & that helped a bit, I've changed to Nortriptyline, and old TCA, and it's be great. What other meds have you tried?
