What a great site. I can discuss orgasms without being a pervert! Anyway, you are correct that taking Lexapro right after sex should definitely help your orgasms. That's what I do (I am male). That way, you have less medicine in your body when you have sex and it does help.
In addition, I take American Ginseng each day which also noticeably helps. But it takes a month or so.
As for sleeping, it might help. It's worth trying.
