Lamictal or Symbyax and involuntary movements?

Posted by Harlock on August 2, 2004, at 13:15:39

Has anyone that is taking/has taken either of these experienced any involuntary body movements - arms and legs mainly. I have a few arm/leg jerks per day, and I believe they started when I started taking Lamictal. Usually I'll just kick out a leg, or jerk one of my arms when they're "idle".

I'm praying that this is caused by one of these meds as opposed to something like, heaven forbid, the early stages of Parkinson's!!!

I'm also taking Wellbutrin XR (or is it XL?) for many, many months.
I've been on Symbiax for about 3-4 months, and Lamictal for 28 days. (I'm following their 5 week dosage pack).

Thanks!! (please let me know if any other meds have caused this for anyone else as well)
