Hey, I was on 2 mg xanax xr and it just made me real sleepy all day long. So, i switched back to 1mg pills, which i take .05mg in the morn. .05 in the afternoon and 1 mg at night to sleep. But that was just my experiance on xr. I just didnt like the sedation effect it had on me.
