Hi, I'm new to this. My Dx is Generalized Anxiety Disorder and insomnia X 10 years and was on Serzone and Effexor XL until Serzone went off the market and I had to replace it with Remeron 30 mg for the past year or so. Really pleased with the sleep but just can't handle the weight gain anymore and want to consider adding Wellbutrin. I have seen sites where Wellbutrin and Effexor were used together and I've seen where Wellbutrin and Remeron were used together. Does anyone have any experience with the three used together? What dosages?
Any advice would be appreciated.
