20mg might be a high starting dose, especially 3x/day. I wouldn't worry though, it's not like the AD's... just stop taking for several hours & it wears off leaving you right back where you were. I'd advise starting on 5 or 10 mg. It'll either work or not, you probably will know right away or in a few weeks for sure.
