Should I take effexor

In reply to Effexor withdrawal even at very small doses?, posted by SDA on July 12, 2004, at 17:21:06

I liked 37.5mg of effexor & didn't want to double it but the doc insisted. 7 weeks and I'm quitting cold turkey and it's not a big deal in fact it's a bit euphoric.

I don't see why they want you to take effexor though. I don't think it would help improve fuzzy thinking.

Circumstances have changed in my life, and the sh*t storm that almost claimed my life seems to be abating for the frist time in almost 9 months. My main complaints right now are persistant head-fuzziness (which is getting better every day) and some remaining conginitve deficits. Do you think the risks of effexor are worth taking?
