My girlfriend is experiencing a robust and sustained antidepressant effect from Seroquel 700mg. I have become interested in trying this myself. According to the BNN newsletter, a recent study determined that Seroquel monotherapy 300-600mg was effective for treating bipolar depression. Interesting.

Hi Scott,

I have always got the impression that Buspar was just a placebo to most people.

Looks like Geodon & Abilify are 5-HT1A agonists too.

Cheers,
Panda.
