You can take them all together, but I would be inclined to replace Paxil with another SSRI such as Zoloft or Lexapro if it's not working. Depakote is a popular anti-siezure drug with good mood stabilizing properties that is used by alot of bipolar people. Have you tried any other anti-migraine meds?
