anyone on paxil cr 37.5 mg?????????/

Ive been on paxil for months and months, but I feel like its pooping out. My pdoc upped me to 37.5 mg of the controlled release pills. But I am still depressed. I have taken, effexor, zoloft, serzone and they all poop out. Advise anyone?
