I don't know if it is the same as the patch, but I Do know that it didn't do much for me that I am aware of. Having said that, I am pretty sure now that selegeline is not the drug for me. I also took it orally with no AD effects.
Of course that doesn't mean it won't work well for you........as a matter of fact, I would be curious to know if it does or doesn't. And I wish you lots and lots of good luck with it.
