JR Becker has put together a list (with a few modifications by myself) of drugs that are in development for depression, anxiety, and insomnia. You can find that at http://www.neurotransmitter.net/newdrugs.html

I'm not aware of any similar lists for other disorders; I'd make more myself if I had more time and money to track the pharmaceutical industry. Personally, I think that the FDA should allow the public to obtain lists of drugs that are in clinical trials. However, they claim that this is proprietary information that belongs to the drug companies. Considering the fact that money from American tax payers is used to support the FDA's oversight of the clinical testing process, I find that to be an unacceptable stance by what should be a pro-consumer government organization. I don't think that the FDA is acting in anyone's best interests by refusing to release the information.
