I take 70mg of Parnate and have been adding 15mg Ritalin for about 3 years. The Ritalin has provided a nice boost to the Parnate with virtually no side effects. Recently, however, it really hasn't been cutting it. When faced with the choice of increasing the Ritalin or trying another med, I decided to try Adderal. I got a prescription with instructions to take 10mg or 20mg daily as needed. Unfortunately, I won't be able to fill the prescription until tomorrow. I will let you know how it works out.
