How are the doses usually spread out? I'm taking 20mg total. 10 in morning and 10 in mid afternoon. I don't really notice a difference when it comes to being able to think but I've noticed that at times I'm better able to focus. Unfortunatly, focusing, although a problem, is not really the main problem. I have real trouble sustaining a train of thought, thinking complexly, memory problems, word finding problems, etc;basically all the typical psuedo dementia symptoms but to a terrible extreme .Should I increase the dose, try something else, will no stimulant work if I'm still depressed? any thoughts?
