The only thing that really worked for me was Nardil, I simply didn't give a hoot what other people thought - what a slice of heaven. Other meds - Parnate, Lexapro, just relieved anticipatory anxiety and took the edge off. I'd recommend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with Nardil.
