some advice. Does anyone out there live with people who are completely unsupportive? I don't have the energy to constantly explain why Im feel like doing absolutely nothing some days and Im fine other days. They know Im on medication for depression I have explained how it works and Im so frustrated. Im being told things like "whats wrong with you!", "why cant you just be normal!", "you dont want help!". I dont know how much more I can take of this. Is there a way I can get some info on things you should never say to someone is suffering from severe depression. I cant seem to fing the words myself and I swear I do not have anything left in me to even talk! Does anybody know what Im talking about? Please help Im getting that panicky feeling you get when you feel like there is no answer and its never gonna get better.
