I did have some soreness in one area of my mouth after starting Nardil, but I don't recall if it was initially or after I started taking Benadryl for sleep. Regardless, after I made sure to floss at least once a day (I had been brushing my teeth twice a day anyway), the problem went away. I use one of the Colgate Total brand toothpastes, which has an anti-gingivitis additive in it.
