clearly you are a little pissed about your withdrawl state. People tend to think the 'everybody' thinks the same way they do.
I can proabably speak for quite a few people when I say that, we are trying to use these mediacations to be normal, not to get a high, and certainly not to escape our problems.
Would you tell a diabetic that he is trying to escape his problem by taking insulin?? Now lets be rational.
Recent brain imaging techniques, show that depression is a disease. Chronically depressed people have considerably shrunken hippocampases compared to the controlls. Antidepressants appear to counteract this shrinkage.
I'd say thats pretty much trying to attack the problem at the source. Theres no guilt on my part for trying to save my brain.
