I'd say stay on Celexa. Initially Lexapro was marketed as Celexa with the side effects half removed, but it appears to be a different drug. Success on Celexa does not seem to automatically equate to success on Lexapro & failure with Celexa doesn't automatically mean failure on Lexapro.
