I don't know about Canada, but I just played around with seleg. compounded into a cream form in the US. (Nothing to write home about for me)

I kind of remember a pharmacist saying to my doc that he could only do the cream, not the patch, but I could be wrong.

The pharmacy that my insurance co uses for compounds is called freedom drugs and they have a They are in Massachusets. You might want to email them to find out, though I don't know how that would transfer over to Canada. Without insurance, the cream would have cost $110.00
